isn't attribution please, no derivatives contradictory?
let's look at academic publishing...you have to publish first to get
credit for the idea..but it is then the number of people who take it up
and what develops from your contribution that makes it valuable...

relating this back to text, it is the issue of which format you choose
to publish in...
...you see publishing in a proprietary format locks up the
information...I think this was the discussion we were having a little
while back about digital archives...
