Several I think, depending on topic. There's no NANOG equivalent here I think. I haven't seen one for multicast.

ISP and up is where the bulk of the problem lies. Most small ISPs pick up from the big few anyway, so they can only offer it if they can get it from their upstream (or so they think). Telstra doesn't appear to do it at all, though I've heard they have some internally. Optus was running some trials, and I thought were going to offer it - no sign. Don't know about iiNet and the others. Those with their own cables have run trials in a few places, though ADSL/ATM and multicast don't marry gracefully.

There's a chicken-and-egg problem, and there's a billing problem. Both can be "solved", but aren't. There's also a boundary between just using it domestically and internationally - most OS ISPs don't offer it (though a few in the US do). Again, these can be solved, but <shrug>....
