Hahahaha...no, please don't hold your breath! But it's good to see there is
at least some mention of the I, in conjunction with the T. I come from a
1960s/70s educated view that 'technology' isn't just hardware, either, but
also procedures, methodology, systems design, etc. It's as important, if
not most important, to define the problem or goal clearly, define the
circumstances including the inputs and resources, identify what options are
available for solving the problem or achieve the goal, measurable
indicators of success, THEN come up with the processes and nuts and bolts
to make it happen.
What astonishes me is the limited attention paid to the whole, and the huge
attention paid to the subcomponents.
