Yes, well, when i was practising psychology I would have termed
the concept a Jungian archetype, so widely does it seem to strike
chords. For an even earlier example of archetypal coil awareness
consider the symbol for doctors (hint, the www.pubmed.gov logo).
Science neglects the wisdom of the ancients / masses at it's peril
so along with the bustle and turmoil of life, I'd submit 'energy of life'.
