[LINK] Find me in the whitepages.com.au directory

I use:
http://www.whitepages.com.au/wp/initResSearch.do?textOnly=true

(Bookmarked it the last time they broke the link to the previous
version of the text-only page. Not sure where I found it but).

No sign of a Welykochy. Not even as a Bus or Gov listing.

Maybe they gave you a gratis silent number?

Have you tried 1223 or one of the other expensive variants 12456, 1234?

<breathless>"On the 4th December 2006, Sensis made some exciting
changes to the voice services ..." </breathless>

At least that way you might find out whether it's in IPND and/or silent.

I'm sure you have the right to complain to someone about this -
assuming that you can find a complaints process and either get
someone to respond or get the TIO, ACMA and everyone else to agree
who the relevant powerless complaints body is (:-)}

Playing with Wel*, Wely*, Welyk* & Street=Adelaide gives some
insights into the particular implementation of fuzzy matching they
use. (Presumably the Sensis salesman's 10-year-old son's attempt to
reinvent soundex?).
