hilarious!  I'll try to remember that next time....great string along 
with these idiots. I was interrupted fixing lunch today by another 
one, finally got to the phone before the recorder kicked in, then 
there is the deadly silence until THEY pick up! I was soooo furious 
when she said 'may I speak to mr or mrs why-taker' I just screamed 
"Go AWAY!" and hung up. How do these people live with themselves?
