Check out the CH2 office block in Melbourne (Catalyst, ABC TV 19.04.2007)
http://www.abc.net.au/catalyst/stories/s1901482.htm
The building does not have aircon in the traditional sense. The building
heats and cools itself using recycled water and light/heat-sensitive
air-vanes.
"Ch2 is certainly much easier on the environment: it uses only 15% of
the energy of a regular building and 30% of the water."
Sounds like a blueprint for future architecture.
