i got one of my SD boxes from JB HIFI and the other from Good Guys, both
reasonably large chains. can't remember which came from where (they both
have shops next to each in Preston, not far from me). one was about
$100 3 years ago, one was about $50 6 months ago....roughly equivalent
quality, so i guess that's how much cheap models have dropped in price
in approx. 3 years.
