[LINK] Dig TV in US

The US going to Dig in Feb 2009. The US commerce department is 
allowing for 2 $40 coupons toward $60 stboxes. There is concern that 
the public isn't ready there either. I wonder if the new govt will 
come up with a similar approach. Anyone heard what Conroy's position 
is on the digital changeover?
