Not sure why that would be. It was either Danish or some other 
Scandinavian language with English subtitles. Anyway, there was a 
monk or some such sitting at a desk. In comes someone who we learn is 
from the Helpdesk. The 'user' is trying to get his head around using 
a book. The helper shows him the meaning of 'open' and 'page turning' 
and tells him that the information is stored on the pages and will be 
there the next time he 'opens' the book. There is a comparison to the 
easy way scrolls worked, and a sad sigh, then just as the helper is 
leaving, the user wants to try it again to be sure he can do what's 
required before the helper leaves. Only problem is that he's turned 
the book over and the right to left technique doesn't work any more! 
So he helper explains 'front'.

It was really funny!
