Hmmm... tricky.  You could encrypt and sign the page with say gpg or  
pgp and and sign with the public key of a court official.  That would  
do it technologically.  But PKI is so tricky to get technically right  
that it's doubtful an engineer would be happy with this solution.  I  
can think of so many things that could go wrong here like having the  
court official's PC infected with a keylogging trojan.  I reckon  
Stewart's solution would suit our court system better.
