Any screen image could be dummied up.  You'd need an independent trusted
third to verify that the page was actually retrieved from the specified
source at the specified time.

There's a potential business there.   We verify that the page, url & time
from several locations, store copies with url, time, local ip, browser info,
etc?, and email you one.  Then charge to store long term, and to provide a
certified copy or front up in court.

You might find some of the international accountants already provide a
similar service.
