I was wondering about that too - surely this refers to the linking of  
Microsoft Word documents, or other such things? I've never had to  
upgrade my browser since all Word and Excel documents are  
(thankfully) not handled directly by my browser, and I don't want  
them to, either...

And I had always thought that the DCITA site to be quite reasonable,  
for a .gov.au site, fwiw...

Still trying to visualise a straw pole... (How long is it? Can it be  
used in place of tomato steaks?)
