Well, I think your assessment is unfair. You claimed that there are
plenty of advertisers who don't need such moving adverts (and I don't
dispute that assertion). The web master asked you for some pointers
based on your data, thus indicating his willingness to change the site
if in fact your assertion is true.

Why not help him instead of bike shedding?
