At some risk of appearing pro-microsoft, here's what they say today.

Guys, any complaint re my once-only action will be cheerfully ignored :-)

It's been awhile since I've been in the editorial chair but it's good to
be back and as the headline says it's a great time to be mobile.

Windows Mobile 6.0 <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133519> is out now
and there are many great new devices coming to the market.

Thanks to Grace Kerrison, our Business Group lead for mobility, I got my
hands on a new Dopod C730 <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133520>
running Windows Mobile 6.0 and I have to say it's fantastic! It's great
device that has everything I need. Check out my blog soon as I'm going to
do a full review on it soon.

But what does Windows Mobile mean for your business? If you want to find
out the impact of deploying a Windows Mobile solution then check out the
Windows Mobile Business Value Calculator <http://go.microsoft.com/?
linkid=7133521> and if you want to determine if Windows Mobile is right
for your organization then check out the Windows Mobile Business Resource
Kit <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133522>.

There has also been a lot of excitement building around Windows PowerShell
<http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133523> which is our new command line
scripting engine based on the .NET common language runtime. More and more
IT Pro's are discovering the power of what you can do with this tool. The
bottom line is you can automate all those common administrative tasks you
have to do every day. If you already use PowerShell and want to get more
out of it then check out the July edition of Technet Magazine
<http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133524> and in particular Don Jones'
article on Rethinking the Pipeline <http://go.microsoft.com/?
linkid=7133525>.

For scripts on Windows Powershell go to the Technet Script Center
<http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133526> and of course the Windows
Powershell Team Blog <http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=7133527> has up to
the minute information.

Till next time,
