But that's what both Glenn and I said - although I specifically 
indicated that we didn't know the numbers, of which you in your 
usually brilliance have found :)

Now, I'm going to go throw up!  Because 45% is pretty worthless and 
my CB radio can light fluro tubes with less loss!
