In Vista there is something called SuperFetch, which runs frequently used
programs faster by preloading them into memory.

I just tried Safari on my XP machine. I get no text on any of the buttons
and I cannot enter any URL. I can hover on and click the textless buttons
and have fun going to the unseen destinations, but none of the ones I want,
since I cannot type my URLs.
