that's not what happened when i visited. the page was completely blank,
even when i right-clicked and selected "View Page Source" in iceweasel.

enabling javascript for donotcall.gov.au and clicking reload brought up
the main page. eventually...it was ridiculously slow.

i really can't see that that would be a major problem. even if it did
happen, if anyone actually missed the interruption as they're sitting
down to dinner, they can always get off the DNC list.
