[LINK] Do not Call register still having problems

OK, having given up last week on getting my number registered, I 
checked it today and - yes - they now have a security code that will 
'speak' the security code for you. I clicked it and heard the first 3 
numbers and then it cut out...

So i went to the Enquiry form to tell them about the problem - filled 
it all in, had another security code to enter which still wouldn't 
play! and clicked Submit - nothing happened.

So went to the Lodge a Complain form - same thing! Filled it in, 
security code doesn't play and Submit didn't work.

So then I went to ACMA site and found a phone number.
Rang and a nice lady put me on hold while she tried to transfer me to 
someone else..
when she couldn't  she offered to try another number - it rang and 
finally I got a voicemail saying please leave a message!

What a joke!
