The basis for my chronology on the browser names was the order in which
I encountered them...

I have a CDROM with Free Licensed Netscape Navigator 3 copyright Que 
Corporation 1996 (CDROM came with a book & an ISBN!)

Around the same time a CDROM/BOOK Internet Starter Kit for Windows 95 
copyright 1995

and much later....

Mozilla 1.4 came with Knoppix 3.1 October 2003 (open source)
Iceweazel in Knoppix 5.1 March 2007
