I thought "cool" when I first saw it, but now it's looking like a problem in search of a solution.

- The camera automatically downloading its pics to the tabletop. But what happens when my CF card has 200 pics on it and I only want to download the last 5? Where do I put them?

- How do I type this e-mail on the coffee table, let alone write a structured document? Maybe a virtual keyboard appears, but how's that for ergonomics?

- Speaking of ergonomics, I just had the experts in. They changed my chair around and lowered my keboard - and it's really much better. How would they react if all my work made me stare down at the coffee table?

- Cost? Sure, it comes down, but apart from all the stuff that normally goes into a computer you also have a coffee table-sized screen (it has to be big since we're using our hands and fingers rather than a dinky little cursor) with complex arrays of sensors in it, multiple i/r cameras, etc. It's got to be waaaaaaay more expensive than the ordinary computer.

Classify me "highly skeptical" at this point.
