This is a battle I've been fighting in my organisation for many years.
My latest salvo is a brief treatise on managing e-mail including an
admonition to use plain text.

My main thrust is space saving, but something I've often heard is that,
because of its propensity to carry malware, some/many
people/organisations block incoming HTML mail. Can anyone point me to
any evidence or figures supporting that proposition?
