[LINK] Be careful what directory you use

What do you mean "not applied here"?  We've already had some cases in  
Australia that involved the big "T" that seemed pretty dodgy to me  
and we have government ministers trying their best to and succeeding  
at overriding the rule of law (Haneef being a prime example).  In a  
big T case the evidence can be hidden by the government, in some  
cases the whole case can be hidden from public view.  Luckily  
Australians seem less likely to abide by some of the suppression but  
what don't we know?
