[LINK] Qantas Frequent Flyer Web Site Frequently Not Working

Yesterday I tried to record some Frequent Flyer  details on the 
Qantas web site <https://www.qantas.com.au/>. After typing in the 
details the response was "Sorry The site is experiencing difficulties 
at present. We apologise for the delay and will endeavour to restore 
operations as soon as possible. ...".

The next day it still was not working. When I phoned to ask I was 
prompted to enter my frequent flyer number several times and then cut 
off. As a shareholder I guess I should start to worry: how long can 
an airline stay in business with systems which do not work?

ps: It is not all bad. At least on-line I don't have to walk a long 
way to not get service, as I do at an airport
