[LINK] messages with invisible shortened headers

Linkers,

I've received two emails with only the delivered to and timestamp 
visible in my email inbox. I can use the show all headers command and 
see who it's from, the trail, etc. I'm curious as to how they are 
able to make that happen from the senders end? I'm using Eudora 7.0x. 
Has anyone else received these? They were both the 'great share tips' 
type of info in the body.
