Olympic web pages are required to be in British English, not 
American, or Czech English. At least the web format used is 
reasonably accessible, even if the language is not. But the 
International Olympic Committee might have something to say about the 
bid's use of their logo.

Did you see the proposed mascot, the "Pouched marmot" 
<http://www.olympicprague.net/olympic-mascot/>. I thought this was a 
spoof, but according to their Lord Mayor: "One fifth of the marmots 
in the Czech Republic live in Prague"
