The fly in that ointment being that a lot of small sites use
Google Ads to pay for their bandwidth (eg, blogs that become
unexpectedly widely-read). So there may not be content to be
routed if ad blocking is universally effective.
The further irony there being that if the ad is served from the
USA the ISP has to charge that customer even more, since
international bandwidth is a major cost to ISP's operations.
