Lets see, this is the 3rd time that NSW daylight savings has been changed in
recent years - along with most of the other states.
If anything, the problem in this case was probably that the change was
legislated too long ago! We've complained so much about the governments not
giving us time to make the changes, but the one time they do is the one when
people forget about it...
This change was announced around a year ago - any vendors/admin who haven't
updated their systems have nobody to blame but themselves.

Personally I'm a bit over it all - I've been through the change into summer
time 4 times in the past 6 months - 4 hours of sleep I'll apparently not get
back! :)
