Exactly. I'm still keeping an interest in using the VHF/UHF network
to reach these poor souls. A colleague here at ANU has made great
strides with the BushLan project in recent years. It's possible the
demise of the analogue TV network is an opportunity to set aside some
spectrum for this application nationally. We're looking at providing a
submission to the ACMA 5 year review.
So it's off to the ABS -- how many of the 2% left out of NBN can
receive today's analogue TV services?
