I so hate that phrase.

How can they claim it costs the industry $250 million?

People who download 'pirated' material would NOT Purchase the 
material, cause, well they can always go to Big W and buy the DVD for $5.

Is this $250m figure derived from MAX RETAIL price based on some 
magical guess of how many people might have downloaded?

If you BANNED the Internet in all the country, would sales of Movies 
and such suddenly increase by $250m next month>
