Congrats Tom(s)!!

1. I had dire experiences in 1988 and 1991 with the large, slow and
non-responsive for-profit publishers that IFIP had locked itself
     into

2. It's excellent that they've (finally) disentangled themselves and
     moved towards open content

3. For ACS to lead, and ANU to support, is a great advert to the
     world at large

[Declarations: I've been a promoter of OJS, and am involved in both
the ACS and ANU; but not only did I contribute nothing to this
initiative, I didn't even know it was happening]
