yes, but the govt's story is that it is for blocking child pornography,
and that anyone who is against the filter is FOR child pornography.

a fairly obvious usage of the propaganda smear "free speech == child
pornography, you sick bastard". guilt by bogus association can be easily
proved beyond any doubt in trial by media.


the fact that the "risk" is already reality doesn't negate that.
