For the record, no one said they did have that right. The discussion 
was around coordinated enforcement and legal frameworks.

So if the coordinated laws are around protecting human rights, those 
are also wrong laws? 'Rights' are only enforceable by law. Just 
having a laundry list does nothing. We in the developed 
world/countries operate under a system of law, not just philosophies.
