It would be nice to react positively to this, but ...

"Click on the blog topics (starting with Minister Tanner's welcome) 
in the column at the right or in the list at the bottom of this page 
..." offers only the welcome.

The term 'digital economy' could mean anything and everything. 
Without some scope definition and some framework, the initiative 
risks being vacuous.
