Well, if we're doing what-ifs, I don't understand why families who are
concerned about Internet content (and I accept that it's a legitimate
concern) don't just download the free taxpayer-funded Internet filters
already on offer, and install it with the assistance of the free
taxpayer-funded helpdesk. All the pieces are already available.
