Ah, so the blocker can be circumvented. Child pornographers will still
be able to access their kiddy pr0n. This should be made public. And
shoveled into Conroy's bullshit hopper.

This is what I was getting at, actually. There are many good reasons for
transparency and openness with a blocking system like this. It is a highly
technical system to implement and requires validation and certifications
from experts.

Otherwise, our Internet as we know it could become a thing of the past,
replaced by a censored pile of crap that has been slowed down to a snail's
pace.

That is, unless Controy is just trying to score some political mileage
out of this slowly developing train wreck. But no, that couldn't be
the case.
