Sensis are operating under the belief that they need to
defend improper use of the trade mark to show that it
has not become a generic phrase, and thus undeserving
of trade mark protection.

Rather oddly, Sensis require the use of Yellow Pages
as a noun, which is commonly seen as increasing the
odds of generic use, rather than using the trade mark
as an adjective.

They will simply file your response and keep it should
they need to demonstrate trade mark defence in a
future action which claims "yellow pages" is generic.
