but they way you state it: yellow pages --  *IS* generic. The book 
has yellow pages. Yeah, so? If you wanted to get around their silly 
game, one could identify it as
"the business directory with pages that aren't white." No mention of 
a 'trade mark'. In fact you could copyright that. ;-)
