Except your number goes to a call centre, and joins a queue. The
callback and take several hours sometimes.
I had a terrible experience with one of these GREAT IDEAS when the
call came in during a meeting I was in and the operator REFUSED to
requeue my call, it was MY FAULT I could not take the call as they
had taken the time to return my call.
I didn't trade with that company in the end and sent a copy of the
Recording of the call I had made to their CEO for 'training and
management' purposes.
Never heard back.
