Yes, the results of competition, sounds good .. and so why stop at three :)

Ah well .. at least the AMTA have decided to database our mobile antennas,
even if they don't seem to share them much. If ma&pa telco spent not much
money on twelve mobile towers, they'd 3G mobile footprint our whole shire.

Why isn't this happening? Why are the big-cosy-four below our only players?

The Mobile Carriers Forum (MCF) is a division of the Australian Mobile 
Telecommunications Association (AMTA) the peak industry body for the 
telecommunications industry. The MCF is a specialised AMTA Forum that 
deals specifically with social, environmental, policy and regulatory 
issues related to the deployment and operation of mobile phone networks.

National Antenna Database - Expressions of Interest
 
The MCF is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified 
companies/developers to assist with the development of the National 
Antenna Database.   The project involves development of a database system 
and relevant interfaces.  A scope of work and other relevant documents can
