I can vouch for the same function in Novell GroupWise (well, as of two  
years ago when I last managed a Novell system). Is the 'internal only'  
that also true of Exchange, or will an Exchange server talk to  
external domain Exchange servers?

In any event, if a recall is sent AFTER a message is viewed, is not  
the 'damage' (or otherwise) already done?
