[LINK] Vodafone software problems risk public safety?

I thought it was just my prepaid account!  Hahaah!  So it is 
affecting everyone.

When I called them, I was in the queue longer than 5  mins, so they 
gave me a $5 credit on my account.  I don't even use $5 a month, so 
that was a bonus, maybe I should call them again :)  And again ... and again :)
