Had a call from Vodafone to say that there is a problem with the web 
interface to their billing system for some customers. The billing 
details are there (they say), it is just that I can't see them via 
the web interface. Vodafone are sending me a printed copy of my bills 
and the system will be fixed in a few weeks. Assuming this happens, 
that will resolve my complaint. If not I will ask the Australian 
Government to investigate if Voadfone have breached their licence 
conditions and if there are resulting unlawful activities.
