*Expressions of Interest* are now being called from ISPs interested in 
participating in this 'live' pilot. Participation is restricted to those 
ISPs that provide a service to persons resident in Australia.

The pilot is expected to commence before the end of the year, although 
ISPs will be able to start later (but preferably before 24 December 2008).

Ideally, ISPs will participate in the pilot for a minimum of 6 weeks. 
ISPs that commence earlier will have the discretion to participate in 
the pilot until its conclusion.
