It wouldn't have to be "conversational" text, as long as you didn't have
to sit there writing the infinite accretion of rubbish that XML demands!
I might give a look at script-driven drawing.
(Adrian, I realise that CADs have keyboard shortcuts, etc. But why not a
direct text interface? - Instead of the excess of mouse-ing, I'm much
quicker banging away on the keyboard...)
