Creepy but normal. Is it just me, or is this approach to project
development pervasive right now? Where are the thoughtful systems
analysts and proper project managers? I'm coming across this "let's
start a program, we'll call it a 'trial', but it's really a first
phase implementation, and we'll roll-out across all of xxx two months
later". See Healthelink that has now morphed into EMR in NSW.

Our truest response to the irrationality of the world is to paint or
sing or write, for only in such response do we find truth.
