I vote via the web in ACM and IEEE elections. They use commercial
vote conducting companies. I am reasonably happy with the process.

The IEEE use Survey & Ballot Systems <http://www.gosbs.com/>.

Australian company which designed the ACT and federal e-voting
systems, also do non-government voting systems:

Their government voting system is superior to US products, so I
assume the corporate version is okay, but I have not tried it. The
system is used by the Police Association Victoria, but how much of an
endorsement is that?
