and, if you had gotten the account created, when you go back in 2
years, which will be the next time you need to use the system, they
expect you to remember the login and password and can't do any sort of
reset or password reminder, you just have to create a new account.
No, I agree, not a successful way to interact with the public.
Seeing their stats for usage and signup and re-signup would be
interesting :(
