[LINK] City of Sydney not ready for an emergency

In looking at how SMS is used for emergency alerts, I noticed the 
City of Sydney's "Let's Get Ready Sydney" site has the wrong web 
address for the SydneyAlert SMS service 
<http://www.cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au/getreadysydney/livinginthecity/default.asp>.

The address given is 
<http://sydneyalert.ip.noggin.com.au/introduction.html> when It 
should be <http://www.sydneyalert.nsw.gov.au/content.php/5.html>. I 
would have sent them a mail message, but they don;t seem to have an 
email address.
