David, my spreadsheet allows for that - I.e.: oncosts at the time of
first time fulltime employment after degree,  and is then cpi adusted.

 *Housing (rent, insurance, utilities) on 	$75
 *Phone 	30
 Food	150
 *Child care	0
 Household, personal care items and clothing .........  	120
 Transportation (car payments,  	
 gas, repairs, insurance, etc.)	65
 Health care (insurance, prescriptions, etc.) 	19
 Total per month	$459
